Abuse by homeowner's association
On June 8, the City of Tijuana cut down and removed the entrance gates to Punta Bandera. The home owners' association had prevented certain residents from entering the development. Apparently the city has taken these steps because the roads to Punta Bandera are public, and the home owners' association has no legal right to erect gates on them.
